Our approach to our recruitment is based on a thorough understanding of your family and your preferences. Our recruitment process:

  1. Family Interview: We begin with an online meeting to understand your family, routines, and the desired qualities of the prospective nanny. This helps us identify the best possible candidate.

  2. Search and screening: We create job post and search for candidates who match your requirements. We review resumes, conduct interviews (both over the phone and in-person), and check references to ensure that we present you with the most suitable candidates.

  3. Presentation of nannies: We present profiles of potential nannies who could fit your family.

  4. Meetings: We organize meetings between your family and the selected nannies, allowing you to assess who best suits your needs and values.

  5. Follow-up: We ensure a smooth transition and remain available to answer questions and resolve any challenges that may arise in the beginning.

We assist both Danish and international families residing in either Denmark or abroad.

Our agency fee on the tasks will be based on 18% of the candidates yearly salary.
