The Nanny Agency is founded by Amalie Thalund. Amalie has +12 years of experience in private babysitting. She started her career as an au pair for a family in California, where she worked for a year caring for three young children. Thereafter, she moved to London where she worked as a professional nanny for 5 years during her studies. During her time in London she was affiliated with a reputable professional babysitter agency providing the highest quality private childcare in central London. Over the years, she has worked for many different families with children of all ages - from toddlers to 13-year-olds. Amalie is truly passionate about her work and loves seeing children learning and developing their skillset while in her care.

HR & RECRUITMENT MANAGER

Laura has a master's degree in Communication, HR and recruitment and she has both theoretical and practical experience with recruiting and searching for employees. In addition, Laura has a total of +9 years of experience working within children and their development, and she therefore puts a lot of focus on the nannies having the motivation and the right experience to be able to become part of The Nanny Agency.
