We expect you to be responsible, reliable and committed to the children. It is important that you have a flexible approach to the job and have the ability to give the children your undivided attention. In addition, you must have a natural instinct and passion for childcare. When working with children, it is crucial to understand that you are responsible for the child's safety while they are in your care. Additionally, you must always aim to develop the child's physical and social abilities in a fun and loving manner.
The nanny's role & duties
Take loving care of the child / children and have fun with them.
Pickups/drop-offs from nursery/school.
Activate the child/children with creative play.
Make and serve healthy snacks/meals to them.
Help with homework to the best of your abilities
Stimulate their development and language skills.
Help them clean up and keep their toys and play area tidy.
Keep an eye on the children, ensure their physical well-being and never leave them alone when having the have sole responsibility for them.
